Location: Chadstone | Full-Time | $55,000-$57,000 + Super + Commission

We are seeking a dedicated and polished Client Advisor to join a high-performing retail team. You will play a key role in delivering an elevated in-store experience that reflects craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless style.

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will act as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering personalised styling advice and driving boutique sales through your attention to detail and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and tailored service to every client

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM tools

• Provide styling advice and communicate brand stories with passion and confidence

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

• Assist with store operations, stock control, visual merchandising, and client outreach

• Uphold luxury service standards and boutique presentation at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end client service is highly preferred

• Strong CRM and clienteling skills, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-presented, confident, and passionate about fashion and design

• A valid and legitimate work permit with the intent for long-term employment in Australia
